Bare Back conveyor belt
 

Bare back conveyor belts are worn out on sliding tables and are always used wherever conveyors do not work with a rolling structure due to technical reasons. Comparing with standard belting they have a lower coefficient of friction between the belt and the framework. This minimizes the wear on the conveyor belt and increases efficiency.

Bare back belt conveyors are used when materials are removed on the carrying side in a sliding motion, Bare back belt conveyors are particularly wear resistant thanks to a special bottom ply in the tension member. the belt have a low coefficient of sliding friction.

Suitable for lightweight materials.

Used where the belts run on steel, wood or some other low-friction surface (sliding bed), and for belts with low friction back and top cover.

Comparing with standard belting it has a lower friction coefficient between the belt and the framework, which minimizes the wear on the conveyor belt and increases efficiency.
